trio Online Catalog Information
If you are placing a hold on an item and receive the following message "Your privilege has expired or your privilege is going to expire", do not be concerned. All this means is that your card needs to be renewed. Every 24 months the software program trio uses asks the library to verify your address and phone number and update it, if necessary. Give the library a call at 644-6171 and a staff member will be more than happy to renew your card via phone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note to users regarding pin numbers for placing holds in the trio online catalog: At the time you fill out an application for a SLINGER Library card, you provide us with your mother's maiden name which is used for your pin number. Unless you have specifically asked for another set of numbers or letters to be your pin, your mother's maiden name is your pin and is assigned at the time your library card is issued. Please call the library if you have further questions.
